Returns & Exchanges

At The Groovd, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
